Niche Site Case Study

When I was still working as an HR Manager one of the first ways I built a stream of passive income was through a niche website. I still have that site now, along with a few others.
However, I haven’t set up a new one for a number of years, but I think, at last, the time has come. Usually I monetize only through affiliate marketing but I am thinking this time I may also add an advert network into the mix. Monetization won’t come until later, but it’s something I always like to consider early on. After all, the site needs to earn it’s keep and hopefully blossom into a new income stream.
I’m not going to share the exact domain and niche, but what I am going to do is write a monthly blog post on the steps I have taken and what progress I am making in terms of blog posts written, traffic and later income. I’m prepared for the long haul, especially in today’s climate, but I think it will be a fun experiment and one I’m excited to share.
